Under the General Data Protection Regulation, you have the right to access, rectify, port and erase your data. This includes the right to object to our processing of your data for direct marketing, which you can exercise by using the “unsubscribe” link in such marketing communications. We store data until it is no longer necessary to provide our services and products, or until your account is deleted – whichever comes first. This is a case-by-case determination that depends on things like the nature of the data, why it is collected and processed, and relevant legal or operational retention needs. You can delete and download your data anytime directly from the administration panel of your account.

Data you may provide to us – at least your full name and e-mail address and all the fields you are requested to fill in your account: name, last name, email, phone number, birthday, gender, vat number, address, picture, ip address, Facebook user id, Facebook email, participation data (e.g. images, videos, texts, survey and quiz answers), participation tags (likes, interests, dislikes), participations – geo locations (latitude, longitude).
We use this data to provide and improve our products, provide measurement and analytics, promote safety and security and to communicate with you.

Enkronos is the sole owner of the information collected on this Platform. Your data will be protected against misuse, unauthorized access, loss, disclosure, alteration or destruction. By submitting your personal information on the Platform, you consent to their use for the notification of events, news, services and other attractions. If you want your personal data to be corrected or removed from our records, please send us an email or delete your data in the Settings area of your account.
Enkronos will use your personal information for internal purposes incident to the provision of the Platform. On rare occasions, it is necessary for us to send out a strictly service-related announcement. For instance, if our service is temporarily suspended for maintenance, we might send subscribers an email. You may not opt-out of these communications, which are not promotional in nature.
Enkronos takes commercially reasonable precautions to protect our visitors’ (subscribers´) information. However, given the nature of the Internet and the fact that network security measures are not infallible, we cannot guarantee the security of your information. When our subscription forms asks you to enter sensitive information, that information is encrypted and is protected with the best encryption software in the industry – Secure Socket Layer (SSL). While on a secure page, such as our subscription form, the lock icon on the bottom of Web browsers such as Microsoft Internet Explorer appears locked. While we use SSL encryption to protect sensitive information online, we also make an effort to protect subscriber information off-line. All of our subscribers’ information, not just the sensitive information mentioned above, is restricted in our offices. Only employees who need the information to perform a specific job are granted access to personally identifiable information. All employees are kept up-to-date on our security and privacy practices. Finally, the servers that store your personally identifiable information are housed in a secure environment. YOUR CONTENT IN OUR SERVICES
Some of our Services allow you to upload, submit, store, send or receive content. You retain ownership of any intellectual property rights that you hold in that content. In short, what belongs to you stays yours.
When you upload, submit, store, send or receive content to or through our Services, you give Enkronos Apps (and those we work with) a worldwide license to use, host, store, reproduce, modify, create derivative works (such as those resulting from translations, adaptations or other changes we make so that your content works better with our Services), communicate, publish, publicly perform, publicly display and distribute such content. The rights you grant in this license are for the limited purpose of operating, promoting, and improving our Services, and to develop new ones. In particular cases provided for by law this license may continue even if you stop using our Services (for example, for a contest participation or win that must be publicly available for Authorities). Some Services may offer you ways to access and remove content that has been provided to that Service. Also, in some of our Services, there are terms or settings that narrow the scope of our use of the content submitted in those Services. Make sure you have the necessary rights to grant us this license for any content that you submit to our Services.
Our automated systems analyze your content to provide you, with your explicit consent, personally relevant product features, such as customized search results, tailored advertising, and spam and malware detection. This analysis occurs as the content is sent, received, and when it is stored.
If you have an Enkronos Apps Account, with your explicit consent, we may display your Profile name, Profile photo, and actions you take on Enkronos Apps or on third-party applications connected to your Enkronos Apps Account in our Services, including displaying in ads and other commercial contexts.

The Platform can uses Google Analytics, which is produced by Google, Inc. (“Google”) and is intended for monitoring and analyzing the visit of the Platform. Google Analytics uses so-called Cookies, which are in the form of text files loaded on your computer and site to analyze its use. Cookies do not contain personal information. Information about your mode of use of this site will be along with your IP address downloaded and stored on Google`s servers in the United States.
Google will use this information for the purpose of evaluation of the Platform, preparation of reports on the activities of the Platform for the Platform owners and to provide other services associated with the activities of the Platform and internet use. We store information that we collect through cookies and log files to create a profile of our users (subscribers). A profile is stored information detailing how individual users (subscribers) use our sites. Collected information in a profile is tied to the users´s (subscriber’s) personally identifiable information. However, your profile is used solely for internal purposes, to help us improve the experience of our subscribers and for accounting/billing purposes. We do not share your profile with any third parties.
What happens if I decide not to allow cookies in my browser?
The platform will still work but in a very truncated version. Without allowing cookies, you can not actively interact with our platform – you can just read the text. In other words, you will not be able to get the functionalities and the information you need from the platform.
What is the impact for this site?
If you have declined cookies, our Service will not be fully available to you. We use Google Analytics to count the number of people who use the site and to analyze how they use it. We do this to make sure that our sites are as good as they can be and this is the primary evidence we use when trying to improve what we offer to users.
